Delete your account

You can delete your Mortakaz Al Holoul account at any time, from this page or in the app: More → Delete my account.

What is erased for good. Your name, phone number, email, profile picture, saved addresses, order photos, chats and review comments, and your sign-in is closed.

What remains. The records of your orders, payments and invoices, with nothing that identifies you (no name, phone or address), because financial regulations in Saudi Arabia require us to keep invoices.

Deletion is not possible while an order is in progress; complete or cancel it first. Deletion cannot be undone.
